Grilled Bison Strip Steak with Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients:
Bison Strip Steak
- 4 bison strip steaks (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Roasted Vegetables
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
- 2 large carrots, sliced into sticks
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Marinate the Bison Strip Steaks
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture evenly over the bison strip steaks.
